The expertise was real. The proof of it lived nowhere a prospect could find.

Khurram had the track record — 30+ products scaled, dozens of product managers mentored, a rare fluency in both technical architecture and go-to-market strategy. What he didn't have was a place to send a warm referral or a LinkedIn connection that did that story justice. Enquiries went through cold DMs and one-off calls, with no consistent way to qualify a lead or make the first impression count.
